Maura F. Thorpe specializes in the formation and structure of business entities for entrepreneurs and investors in privately held California corporations, limited liability companies, and limited and general partnerships. She works with business owners in meeting legal requirements for forming and maintaining companies in California. Her clients include both domestic and internationally based owners.

Ms. Thorpe works with clients in negotiating business contracts, buy-sell agreements, employment agreements, corporate governance and general commercial transactions.

She has a background in litigation and has extensive experience in the appellate courts.
